Payments are handled by Stripe. Taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout. No account or password: the email you use at checkout is your identity.
Founding prices for the first 60 customers.
The first 60 paid customers pay less, in 3 tiers of 20. Our server counts every paid order, so the count on this page is the real one. The yearly discount is for the first year; renewals are $59.

What 1 year of updates means
Yearly includes every version of Dropwell released in the year after you buy. If you do not renew, Dropwell keeps working on the last version your year covered. It does not stop or lock.
Renewal
Yearly renews at $59 a year on the date you bought it. We email you 7 days before. Cancel any time with the link we send, and you keep the versions you have.

Pricing questions
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to support@getdropwell.com within 30 days of a payment, from or naming the email you used at checkout, and we refund it in full. The license key is then revoked. See the refund policy.
How many Macs can I use?
Each license can be active on 3 Macs at a time, on either plan. You can free a Mac's seat at any time and use it on another one.
How do I move to a new Mac?
On the old Mac, open Dropwell and choose Settings > License > Deactivate this Mac. Then enter your key on the new Mac. If the old Mac is lost or broken, write to support and we free its seat.
Do you charge sales tax or VAT?
Taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout from your address, and you see the total before you pay.
Is there a monthly plan?
No. Yearly and Lifetime are the only plans.
What happens to a founding price when I renew?
The founding discount on Yearly is for the first year only. Renewals are $59 a year. A founding Lifetime price is a one-time payment, so there is nothing to renew.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Go to Manage subscription and enter the email you used at checkout. We email you a one-time link. There is no account and no password.
Who handles my payment?
Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
